Do I need to be home?
No. Most clients give us access and carry on with their day. You’ll get a notification when we’re finished.
How does payment work?
You enter your card at booking. You’re only charged after the clean is complete and you’re satisfied.
What if I’m not happy?
We’ll come back and re-clean the areas in question, free of charge. No arguments, no hassle.
Are your cleaners vetted?
Every cleaner is background checked, personally interviewed, and fully insured. We don’t use staffing agencies — we know our people.

How long does a clean take?
It depends on your home size and service type. A classic clean for a 2-bedroom typically takes 2 to 3 hours. Move In/Out and first-time deep cleans take longer. We’ll confirm the window at booking.
Can I cancel or reschedule?
Yes. Cancel or reschedule with 48 hours notice at no charge.
